Both. IrisPR is an excellent fit for any PR team that wants to get more wins with less effort. Advanced tools like automatic pitch capture, report sharing, and media contact engagement scoring helps teams of all sizes punch above their weight. Our current customers range from boutique agencies to worldwide firms to in-house teams for brands both large and small.

 

Does IrisPR have a media database?

No. Chances are, you are already using your stealthy research skills or a media contact database like Cision to find media contacts to pitch; IrisPR helps you with everything that comes after that. Our media relations management features track coverage, pitching and interaction history, as well as a pitch-to-placement success score for everyone in your database. You can also use a tag-based search feature to create targeted media lists.

 

Does IrisPR monitor or capture media results?

Blink, our revolutionary Chrome browser extension, makes it easy for you to capture media results with the click of a button so you can rapidly add PR coverage to your IrisPR database. (Check it out.) We don’t offer media monitoring services since most PR teams already have a solution like Google Alerts in place.

 

How does IrisPR compare to a CRM?

IrisPR gives you the control, visibility and functionality of a classic CRM platform, but with features designed specifically for the unique needs of modern PR teams. In fact, the software was designed by PR pros and CRM engineers. With IrisPR, you can manage your contacts, campaigns, pitching activity and results in one central location – empowering your team to be more strategic and efficient with media relations.

Which edition is right for me?

IrisPR has editions designed for both in-house PR teams and PR agencies of all sizes.

The Essentials Team edition is designed for smaller in-house PR teams; the Deluxe Team edition is geared toward larger teams.

The agency editions are all equipped with the same robust feature set and include access for an unlimited number of users. They differ only in the number of client accounts that can be support.

The Consultancy Agency edition supports 5 clients, the Boutique Agency edition supports 10 clients, and the Enterprise Agency edition support 25 or more clients. You can add more clients to any agency edition for $99 / client / month.

Are there any setup or training fees?

IrisPR is intuitive and easy to use; no services are required to get started. In fact, most teams are able to get up and running in less than a day. If you’d prefer personal support, our customer success team will be happy to offer you an hour of free training.

 

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

Never. There are no contracts with IrisPR. Instead you’ll pay as you go, month to month. You can cancel at any time without penalty – though we’ll hate to see you go.

 

What if I need to add another user to my account?

You can add users directly from your Account settings page or contact our support team. If you need more users than are provided with your subscription, you can add them for only $99 / month.

 

Can I change my plan later?

Sure, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time with no penalty.

 

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
